Meet Bennet, a 13-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix who’s looking for a loving home to spend his golden years!
Bennet has been at Nevada Humane Society since October 8 and is a calm, laid-back guy who enjoys the simple things in life. He’s happiest lounging around, going on leisurely walks and relaxing in his favorite sleeping spot, which happens to be underneath a table instead of a dog bed!
According to his previous family, Bennet is house-trained, does well when left home alone and is a great passenger on car rides, although he may need a little help getting into the car.
Bennet has moderate dental disease, and Nevada Humane Society staff can help potential adopters learn more about his medical needs and ongoing care.
November is Adopt a Senior Pet Month, making it a great time to consider welcoming an older petlike Bennet into your home. With his relaxed personality and love for lounging, Bennet is looking for a family who will give him a comfortable place to enjoy his golden years.
