Mojo is a giant marshmallow disguised as a big, very handsome long-haired tuxedo cat.

This sweet fellow has a bit of a mysterious past.

All we really know is he was adopted as a kitten from another rescue a couple of years ago, but somehow ended up on the street as a scared and hungry stray.

Despite repeated attempts to contact the owner registered to his microchip, he remained unclaimed. Why someone would not want this boy is beyond me.

He is big, beautiful, has a super sweet nature, likes to play, and has a quirky, funny personality. With very little encouragement, he will flop over and revel in letting you love and pet him.

He is also a lap cat that will happily climb into your lap once he is comfortable with you.

This big boy loves his food, especially wet food, Temptations and Churu treats.

Despite his size, he does lack confidence. A door opening or a stranger coming into his room will send him scurrying under the chair until he knows you aren’t a threat.

A few minutes and some gentle encouragement will bring him out of hiding, hoping for pets or maybe a treat.

Mojo has gorgeous eyes and a perpetual “deer in the headlights” expression that is really cute on such a big boy.

Mojo is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on his vaccines.

He is not aggressive with other cats and would probably become friends with another non-dominant cat if they had a good, slow introduction.

We do not know how he feels about dogs.
