Charter Communications customers in Carson City, Douglas and Lyon County report a disruption in telephone and other services since before 7 a.m. Sunday.
According to a Charter Communications voice message, the outage is also impacting video, internet and video internet on the Spectrum TV App.
As of 1:04 p.m. Charter said in a voice message that it is aware of the phone and App outages and does not, at this time, have an estimated time where full services will be restored.
A number of local businesses are being impacted, including restaurants and local radio stations KKFT and KCMY.
