A 35-year-old man was arrested Monday for alleged misdemeanor criminal contempt, according to a Carson City Sheriff’s Office booking report.

The man is on Department of Alternative Sentencing. One of his conditions was no drinking. The man provided a preliminary breath test of .326.

DAS advised they wanted him arrested for violation of conditions. He was taken to the hospital for medical clearance due to the high level of alcohol.
