Celebrating the music and joy of the holiday season with timeless American classics with Erika Paul and David Aller, presented by Pioneer Center Golden Encore and the Carson City Senior Center on Tuesday, Nov. 26 at 1:30 p.m. at the Carson City Senior Center, 911 Beverly Drive, Nevada Room (west end).
Jazz duet Erika Paul and David Aller take you on a musical journey of popular holiday standards from the Great American Songbook that continue to inspire generations. Senior Center Hosting Thanksgiving Meal for Seniors
The Carson City Senior Center will host a Thanksgiving meal on Wednesday, Nov. 27, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lunch served is turkey with gravy with mashed potatoes, stuffing, mixed veggies, cranberry sauce, ww roll and pumpkin pie. The event will be in the Dining Room at the Carson City Senior Center, 911 Beverly Drive.
There is no fee to participate outside of the lunch suggested donation of $2.25 for seniors 60 and over. RSVP’s for the event are not necessary. Volunteers are needed to help serve and bus tables. Call the Senior Center for more information (775) 883-0703.
