Carson City – The League of Women Voters of Northern Nevada held four election forums this month. The Brewery Arts Center Performance Hall in Carson City was the venue for each event.
The third in the series was held on October 15, and the forum focused on contested races in Carson City to include Board of Supervisors Ward 1, Justice of the Peace Department 2, and Sheriff. Roughly 200 people attended the gathering and submitted written questions. The moderator was Mary Laveroti.
