The Sept. 30 deadline for the Double Whammy season pass at Lake Tahoe’s Northstar and Sierra resorts is approaching.
The Double Whammy season pass is the only dual mountain pass that gives you all-season access to Northstar-at-Tahoe Resort and Sierra-at-Tahoe Resort. The one pass allows skiers and boarders to access 5,000 acres of terrain, 139 trails, 33 lifts and 12 parks with one season pass.
The time to buy your pass is now as the winter, according to AccuWeather Chief Long-Range Meteorologist Joe Bastadi, may be a big one given the ocean and climate conditions shaping up as we head into fall.
We’re less than two months away until Northstar Resort’s scheduled opening day and Sierra Resort’s opening day should follow shortly after.
