Here is the Carson City road report for the week of Sept. 22-28, 2025. Closures and lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work. Also check the map here for restrictions and lane closures around the capital city this first week of fall.
Access to Mills Park from the Oxoby Loop will be closed at William Street, from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Access to southbound Roop Street from William Street will be closed on Monday, from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Access to State Street from William Street will be closed Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
City wide roadway striping will be taking place from Monday through Thursday nightly, 6:00 pm to 7:00 am. Please use caution when approaching work vehicles and personnel.
Boeing Way near Goni Road will be reduced to a single lane from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Roop Street between Washington Street and John Street will have lane restrictions and shifts from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
William Street between Carson Street and Saliman Road will have restricted lanes from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
