The FBI and the Carson City Sheriff’s Office are working jointly on the investigation into Friday’s robbery at the Mutual of Omaha Bank.
No arrests have been made. The suspect is described as a white male in his late 20s to early 30s, 5 foot 8 inches, weighing around 175 pounds, with short hair or a shaved head, carrying a black backpack and wearing a red AC/DC t-shirt and white tennis shoes with green stripes.
The man walked into the bank, located at 1101 North Carson, on Friday at 12:33 p.m. and passed a note to the teller. There was no weapon and he did not make a threat, said FBI spokesman Joe Dickey.
