Ashes to Armor Apparel has launched a wildfire relief fundraiser that will donate all of the proceeds of sales from specially designed merchandise to the Northern Nevada Wildfire Relief Fund.

The fundraiser was organized by Ashes to Armor Apparel owner Amy Wolf, a Carson City native, and Eddie Miller, a longtime Northern Nevada resident and owner of Miller Counseling. The effort aims to support residents, businesses and emergency personnel affected by recent wildfires across the region.

Ashes to Armor Apparel is selling Northern Nevada wildfire relief T-shirts, hats and hoodies through its website, ashestoarmorapparel.com. Half of the proceeds from those sales will be donated directly to the relief fund.

Wolf and Miller said their connection to the region motivated them to organize the effort. Both have raised their families in Northern Nevada and have seen the effects of the fires on local communities.

“Northern Nevada is our home, and when our community is hurting, we believe in coming together and doing everything we can to help,” Wolf and Miller said.

The organizers said the fundraiser is intended to assist displaced families and businesses that have experienced losses while recognizing the work of firefighters, first responders and volunteers.

Community Support

Family members and friends have volunteered to help produce the merchandise, prepare orders, pack boxes and ship purchases.

Wolf and Miller thanked Ronnie and Morgen Wyman, Jared and Shelby Brown, Blaine Soukup, Cara and Zack Bibee, Kevin Hoxsie and Sandy Cowen, along with Wolf’s children and Miller’s grandchildren, for contributing their time to the project.

“Every shirt pressed, every package packed, every order placed and every post shared helps us give back to the community we all love,” they said.

Residents who cannot purchase merchandise can support the fundraiser by sharing information about the effort and following Ashes to Armor Apparel on Facebook.

The business also plans to hold a giveaway on Oct. 1, 2026. Participants who like the company’s Facebook page, share the fundraiser post and tag two friends will be entered to win one of two Hawk Fire Relief merchandise bundles. Each bundle will include a hat, T-shirt and sweatshirt.

Wolf and Miller said they hope the fundraiser will provide financial assistance while highlighting the importance of community support during emergencies.

“To our firefighters, first responders, volunteers, families, businesses and neighbors affected by these fires — we see you, we appreciate you and we stand with you,” they said.
