Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of August 18-24, 2025. Closures and lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work. Also see link to view a map of road closures and lane restrictions this week.
2nd Street between Thompson Street and Division Street will be closed on Saturdays, from June 21, 2025, to August 23, 2025, 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, for the Levitt Amp Summer Concert series.
Access to Mills Park from the Oxoby Loop will be closed at William Street, from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Access to State Street from William Street will be closed Wednesday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Center Drive between Alder Street and Clearview Drive will be closed to through traffic from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Lompa Lane between US 50 and Menlo Drive will be closed to thru traffic from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Menlo Drive between Lompa Lane and Airport Road will be closed to thru traffic, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Minnesota Street between 2nd Street and 3rd Street will be closed each Saturday until August 23, 2025, 6:30 pm through 10:30 pm, for the Levitt Amp Summer Concert series.
The Multi-Use Path terminus at Ash Canyon Road and Longview Way will be closed from Monday through Thursday. Cyclists will be provided with detours.
The Multi-Use Path along Saliman Road between Sonoma Street and Kingsley Lane will be closed from Monday through Thursday, for pavement patching. Cyclists will be provided with detours.
Otha Street between College Parkway and Nye Lane will be closed to through traffic from August 11 to August 22, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
Boeing Way near Goni Road will be reduced to a single lane from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Fleischmann Way between Division Street and Mountain Street will have eastbound shoulder closures until August 31, 2025, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Roop Street between Washington Street and John Street will have lane restrictions and shifts from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Stewart Street between King Street and 5th Street will have lane restrictions and shifts on Thursday, from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Table Rock Drive between New Ridge Drive and LongRidge Drive will have shoulder work south and westbound from Tuesday through Thursday, 7:30 am through 5:00 pm.
William Street between Roop Street and Saliman Road will have restricted lanes from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
