A 47-year-old Carson City man was arrested for gross misdemeanor indecent exposure after allegedly revealing his genitals to people while shouting vulgarities.
Lee Faron Ross was arrested in the area of Telegraph and N. Carson Street after deputies were dispatched early Wednesday morning on a report of Ross causing mayhem outside a bar.
According to the arrest report, Ross had been kicked out of the nearby casino, and multiple deputies were dispatched to the scene. Ross was apparently “upset with several subjects on scene,” and a witness from the bar said they’d watched Ross push over a garbage can, knocking all the contents into the middle of the street.
Deputies spoke to two other witnesses from the casino, who said Ross had been causing a “disturbance” inside the casino when he was asked to leave. They’d followed Ross out of the casino and into the area of the bar, and at some point, they reported that Ross had “dropped his pants, exposed his genitals, and stated ‘suck my dick’” to both witnesses.
He was taken into custody and booked for indecent exposure.

Carson City man arrested after harming woman, fighting with deputies
A 37-year-old Carson City man was arrested for misdemeanor domestic battery first, obstruction, and resisting a public officer after deputies were dispatched to the 1500 block of Walker Drive early Wednesday morning on a report of the man harming a woman.
According to the arrest report, the man had reportedly grabbed a woman’s neck and pushed her, hit another woman’s car, and was breaking things.
The caller stated the man might fight with deputies and was intoxicated, and had a history of being physical.
Deputies were able to locate the man near the intersection of Fairview and Sweetwater Drive and noted that he was “very intoxicated and unsteady on his feet.” He also had blood on his hands from a recent cut.
Deputies detained the man and “placed him on the ground.” Deputies told him to place his hands behind his back, but he refused. He was tased twice until he provided his hands.
The Carson City Fire Department arrived on the scene to assess him for injuries, and he provided a PBT of .301% BrAC.
Deputies spoke with the victim, who said she and the man had gotten into an argument over his drinking problem, and that he’d become more and more upset. She said she’d started driving to his father’s house so his family could help. She said he tried to get out of the car while it was moving, but she was able to get him to his father’s house.
She said she got out of the car and went to the door to get away from him, but he followed her to the house. She said he grabbed her by the neck and jaw, and squeezed and shoved her. She started to scream for help, and he let her go.
She said she called 911 while the man grabbed his dog from the back of the vehicle and started to walk away. While the victim was speaking with dispatch, the man returned with the dog.
At that point, the second woman came out of the house while the victim was taking the dog and returning it to the car. The man and the second woman began to argue, and then the man became upset and punched the back of the second woman’s car, breaking her taillight.
Deputies stated they observed red marks around her neck and throat, and photographed the injuries. The second woman said she did not want to pursue charges regarding her broken taillight.
The man was taken into custody, and due to his high intoxication level, he was transferred to the hospital for medical clearance. While at the hospital, the man allegedly apologized to deputies for fighting with them.

Carson City woman arrested for disorderly conduct
A 39-year-old Carson City woman was arrested early Thursday morning in the parking lot of a N. Carson Street casino after reports of a woman “cussing” at the reporting party.
In the arrest report, deputies noted that they had just dealt with the woman in a previous call after reportedly standing in the middle of the roadway and yelling.
Deputies spoke to the reporting party, who said they’d been sleeping in their car before work began, and that the woman was nearby yelling in the parking lot. The reporting party had asked her to quit, at which point the woman walked up to the car and challenged the reporting party to a fight.
Deputies took the woman into custody, but she was uncooperative and had to be removed from the patrol vehicle by jail staff, where she was booked for misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Gardnerville woman booked for domestic battery
A Gardnerville woman was arrested Monday for misdemeanor domestic battery first after deputies were dispatched on a report of a fight between two people.
The woman was “visibly intoxicated” and stated that she and the victim had engaged in a verbal argument outside due to her drinking, which then became physical in the living room of the apartment.
She said the victim had held her head down during the struggle and threw her to the ground, after which she complained of head pain. Deputies observed that the woman had injuries to her knuckles and several small lacerations on both her right and left wrists.
Deputies spoke to the victim, who said he’d been away all day and returned home to find the woman drinking and smoking a cigarette. He said that the woman became aggressive and “charged” at him in the kitchen. He said she had been “flailing” and struck him in the face.
Deputies noted that the man’s lip was bruised and his right arm had a laceration.
The reporting deputy stated that due to their injuries, they determined the woman to be the aggressor and took her into custody without issue.
