The Carson City Master Gardeners invite the community to a free, in-person Garden Talk at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at the Carson City Community Gardens, 1044 Beverly Drive.
Winter doesn’t have to mean a garden without flowers. Join a Certified Master Gardener to explore winter-blooming trees and shrubs that can add color, fragrance, and visual interest to local landscapes during the colder months.
This will be the final Garden Talk for the 2026 season. Gardeners of all experience levels are welcome to attend, ask questions, and learn practical tips from local experts. Attendees are encouraged to bring a chair and join the conversation.
