NV Energy reports 82 customers are without power late Tuesday night in the area of East Robinson and Telegraph streets. The outage was reported at 11:21 p.m. The cause is unknown at this time but under investigation. Residents report hearing a loud explosion, similar to a blown transformer, right before the power went out.
NV Energy estimates it will have the power restored by 4:15 a.m.
