Garrett Lepire, Broker-Salesman at RE/MAX Gold will be the featured speaker at the luncheon which takes place Tuesday, August 5, at noon, in the Brewery Arts Center’s Grand Ballroom, 449 West King Street in Carson City.
“I will share insights into the current Carson City real estate market, including what’s driving prices, how inventory is shifting, and what both buyers and sellers should know in today’s unique environment,” he says. “It’s a nice opportunity for local residents to get an understanding of recent trends.”
Garrett Lepire is a seasoned real estate expert with over 24 years of experience serving Carson City and the surrounding areas. He is also the Past President of the Rotary Club of Carson City.
