Going with a theme of “farm animals,” the winning submissions for July’s Carson City Photo Club competition brought some memorable pics of our favorite four-legged barnyard friends.

The Carson City Photo Club meets at 6 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month, except December, at the Carson City Sheriff’s Office Ormsby Room, 911 East Musser Street. All levels of photographers are welcome.
The theme for August is “Mountain Flowers.” Become a member for only $15 per year and submit your 8×10 matted photo, taken within the last year, in the competition. Go here for more information.
