Carson City emergency crews responded Monday evening to a single-vehicle crash in the eastbound lane of US-50 West, Spooner that injured two people. An air ambulance was ordered.
The crash was reported at 7:21 p.m. and described by first responders as a single vehicle crash into a guard rail. One of the patients is pregnant and a second patient reportedly suffered a seizure, according to dispatch. One was to be flown by air ambulance and the other was transported by ground ambulance.
The CalStar air ambulance landed at 8 p.m. at the park and ride at the bottom US-50 near the I-580 intersection.
Motorists can expect delays.
