Summer on Broadway 2026 Presents Disney’s “Aristocats, Kids”

Yes! Summer on Broadway 2026 is coming, and Wild Horse Children’s Theater is ready to welcome young performers into the enchanting world of musical theater. This summer’s featured production is Disney’s “Aristocats, Kids”, a lively and heartwarming adventure filled with music, movement, and unforgettable characters.

From June 15 through June 26, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., students entering grades 2 through 8 will spend two exciting weeks exploring the many elements of theater. Participants will sing, dance, act, create art, and build confidence while forming new friendships in a fun and supportive environment.

Disney’s “Aristocats, Kids” is a 30-minute musical adaptation of the beloved animated classic. Set in the heart of Paris, the story follows Duchess and her kittens as they are swept away on an unexpected adventure and helped home by the smooth-talking alley cat Thomas O’Malley and his jazzy band of streetwise friends. Filled with charm, humor, and catchy tunes, the show celebrates family, friendship, and discovering where you truly belong and has purr-fect opportunities for both girls and boys to take the spotlight.

The camp concludes with two main stage performances at the Brewery Arts Center Performance Hall in Carson City on Friday, June 26 at 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., where students will shine for family and friends.

Summer on Broadway is designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and introduce students to the joy of performance. Campers will experience voice, movement, acting, and storytelling while learning the value of teamwork, respect, and collaboration.

Space is limited. Once the camp is full, students may join a waitlist and will be contacted in order of registration. Registration is open now.

Wild Horse Children’s Theater has provided quality youth theater education for 20 years creating opportunities for children ages 5–18 to build confidence, develop character, and experience the magic of live performance.
