Last Saturday, Carson City Parks, Recreation and Open Space hosted their third annual Trails Challenge Kick-Off Event at Silver Saddle Ranch.
Over 85 participants showed up to learn more about the Quality of Life Initiative, local wildlife and history, and to cross the first hike off of their Challenge according to a spokesperson.
They wanted to extend their special thanks to the Park Rangers and Trails Coordinator for coming out to help lead the hike and educate the community, and a heart thanks to all of the wonderful participants who joined them!
