A 44-year-old man was arrested Monday for suspicion of gross misdemeanor indecent or obscene exposure and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, according to a Carson City Sheriff’s Office booking report.

At around 12:36 p.m. deputies were dispatched to a business in reference to an unwanted subject. The manager said the suspect had been cursing at customers and hitting cars, though there wasn’t any damage to the cars, the report states.

A deputy spoke with the suspect who identified himself. He became angry at the deputy and began to yell as the deputy attempted to talk to him. The deputy was able to get the man calmed down. He asked the man why he was causing a scene.

The man stated “I’m trying to get $5 to return to Reno but the secretary inside won’t let me have it.” The officer informed that man that he would try to get him a bus pass, the report states.

The manager provided the deputy with a bus pass for the subject. The suspect was then told he was trespassed from the property. The man became upset and stated “I need $5 for my nicotine.” After yelling, the man began to leave the property and while leaving the man pulled down his pants and exposed himself. The man was arrested. Bail: $2,742.
