Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of June 16-22, 2025. Closures and lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
Second Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed to westbound traffic from April 8, 2024, to July 18, 2025, for construction.
2nd Street between Thompson Street and Division Street will be closed on Saturdays, from June 21, 2025, to August 23, 2025, 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, for the Levitt Amp Summer Concert series.
Baker Drive between Koontz Lane and Kerinne Circle will be closed to through traffic on Monday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Gentry Lane between Snyder Avenue and Bennett Avenue will be closed to thru traffic from Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Hudson Drive between Conte Drive and Gentry Lane will be closed to thru traffic from Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Longridge Drive between Northridge Drive and Table Rock Drive will be closed to thru traffic from Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Menlo Drive between Lompa Lane and Airport Road will be closed to thru traffic from Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Minnesota Street between 2nd Street and 3rd Street will be closed on Saturdays, from June 21, 2025, to August 23, 2025, 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, for the Levitt Amp Summer Concert series.
The Multi-Use Path near the Governors Field Complex between Roop Street and Saliman Road will be closed from May 5, 2025, to June 27, 2025, for pavement patching. Cyclists will be provided with detours.
The Multi-Use Path near Fremont Elementary School between Saliman Road and I-580 will be closed from May 26, 2025, to June 27, 2025, for pavement patching. Cyclists will be provided with detours.
The Multi-Use Path near the Carson City Water Resource Recovery Facility between 5th Street and Fairview Drive will be closed from Monday through Friday, for pavement patching. Cyclists will be provided with detours.
The Multi-Use Path along Saliman Road between Sonoma Street and Kingsley Lane will be closed from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, for pavement patching. Cyclists will be provided with detours.
New Ridge Drive between Northridge Drive and Table Rock Drive will be closed to thru traffic from Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Snyder Avenue between Conte Drive and Gentry Lane will be closed to thru traffic from Monday – Wednesday, 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Table Rock Drive between Northridge Drive and Joshua Drive will be closed to thru traffic from Tuesday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
10th Street between Nevada Street and Curry Street will have shoulder work from June 12, 2025, to June 18, 2025, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Curry Street between 9th Street and 10th Street will have shoulder work from June 12, 2025, to June 18, 2025, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Fleischmann Way between Division Street and Mountain Street will have eastbound shoulder closures from June 2, 2025, to August 31, 2025, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Stewart Street between William Street and Little Lane will have single lane closures from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
