Kristin Sickler, Nevada Humane Society

Happy Thursday Carson City! Are you excited for the upcoming holiday weekend? The best way to celebrate is with a new family member!
Meet Junior, a 10-month-old German Shepherd mix that is currently available for adoption at Nevada Humane Society’s Carson City Shelter.
Junior is searching for a forever home and an owner that understands that once he has the chance to meet you and gets to know you, is when he really begins to open up and let his great personality shine through.
Junior loves to spend time outdoors playing and would benefit from an experienced owner that can give him the socialization and training needed to be the amazing dog we know he can be.
Junior would do best in a home with older children over the age of 10 as long as he can meet them first.
He can also go home with another doggy pal as long as he can get acquainted first. If you are looking for a young dog that would benefit from an experienced, confident owner, then come meet Junior at the Carson City Shelter today.
Let’s hear from Junior himself!
“My name is Junior and I am searching for my forever home. I know I can be a great companion for someone willing to show me love and patience. Given my background, I will need an owner that is confident in their ability to guide and teach me how to be the very best version of myself. If this sounds like you, come meet me today. We could start working on my training together!”
You can meet Junior by visiting the Carson City branch of the Nevada Humane Society located at 549 Airport Road in Carson City, or by calling (775) 887-2171 to find out more.
