A 53-year-old Dayton man was arrested Tuesday for a felony warrant alleging sexual assault against a child and other related charges, according to a Carson City Sheriff’s Office booking report.
Jeffrey Wayne Catlett was taken into custody by the Carson City Sheriff’s Office. He was booked for alleged felony sexual assault against a child under 14, lewdness by a person over 18 with a child less than 14, sexual assault against a child under 16 and sexual assault.
According to the booking report, deputies responded Tuesday 3:56 p.m. to the 3300 block of East Fifth Street to assist detectives with the warrant of suspect Catlett. He was taken into custody. Bail: $1 million.
In other arrests:
— A 46-year-old Carson City man was arrested Tuesday for suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail: $2,500.
— A 27-year-old Carson City man, Brandon Joseph Guillory, was arrested early Wednesday for extraditable felony fugitive from justice warrants issued March 24 and March 25, 2025 out of Liberty Municipal Court in Texas. The warrants were for charges of assault on a public servant. No bail hold in lieu of extradition.
— A 31-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Tuesday for misdemeanor probation violation. Bail: $3,000 cash.
— A 47-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Tuesday for a misdemeanor warrant for violation of conditions. Bail: $3,000 cash.
— A 30-year-old Carson City woman was arrested Tuesday for suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail: $2,500.
— A 30-year-old Gardnerville woman was arrested Tuesday for two warrants issued out of Nevada County, Calif. and a warrant issued out of East Fork Justice Court in Douglas County. Bail: $20,000.
— A 28-year-old Carson City man, Anthony Membreno-Reyes, was booked Tuesday for felony arrest on a court order of recommitment to custody. No bail amount provided.
— A 39-year-old Silver Springs man was arrested Tuesday for suspicion of misdemeanor battery warrant. Bail: $500.
