Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies were called late Tuesday morning to a vehicle crash involving a semi truck in the area of Roop Street and Winnie Lane.
The crash happened at around 11:30 a.m. The driver of a vehicle involved in the collision with the semi suffered injuries and was taken to the hospital via ground ambulance, according to first responders on scene.
Traffic is being re-directed. Motorists are advised advised to stay clear of the area.
The cause is under investigation.
