Presidential candidate and former HUD Secretary Julian Castro spoke Wednesday night at the Carson City Democrats’ Capital Blue dinner at the Governors Mansion.

Also speaking at the event were Nevada Gov. Steve Sisolak, U.S. Sen. Jacky Rosen and Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford.
