Meet Maxi! Maxi is a 5-year-old Alaskan Malamute who has been in Nevada Humane Society’s care since August 25.
Maxi came to NHS as a stray, so not much is known about his past. However, he’s shown his sweet and friendly personality during his time at the shelter. He loves treats, making new friends, and spending time with people.
Maxi is currently on a special diet to help prevent skin flare-ups, so he’ll need a family who can continue providing him with the recommended food to keep him happy and healthy.
This handsome boy is ready to find a loving home. Stop by Nevada Humane Society in Carson City to meet Maxi and see if he’s the right fit for your family!
Pet of the Week is submitted by the Nevada Humane Society featuring pets waiting for their new homes at the Carson City campus. They are located at 549 Airport Road, Carson City. Visit them in person Tuesday – Saturday, 11 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., online or by calling 775-887-2171.
