Capitol City Gun Club in Carson City will host the Nevada State Sporting Clays Championship, May 20-24, 2026. The event has gathered over $15,000 in awards and prizes. Daily cash prizes and trophies will be awarded in multiple categories.

The events and entry pricing are as follows:

Wednesday, May 20: Sub-gauge Shoot for .410-, 28-, and 20-gauge, $65.

Thursday, May 21: Super Sporting Clays Shoot, $100.

Friday, May 22: Preliminary Sporting Clays Shoot, $110, and 5-Stand Shoot, $65.

Saturday, May 23: Main Sporting Clays Shoot, $230, and 5-Stand Shoots, $125.

Sunday, May 24: Main Sporting Clays and 5- Stand Shoots (continued).

We currently have more than 110 contestants registered from all over the National Sporting Clays Association Western Region of the United States.

Lunches by Threefold Catering will be available for purchase.
