A minor fender-bender accident happened early this evening in front of the Nevada Legislative Building at Fourth and Carson Street, briefly delaying traffic. An ambulance was called after a person in one of the vehicles asked to be checked out. The accident happened after 5:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, a second accident happened just after 6 p.m. involving a single-vehicle into a pole at Highway 50 and Airport Road. Carson City Sheriff’s Office and the Nevada Highway Patrol were called to investigate. No injuries were reported.
