MINDEN — Douglas County’s Chief Financial Officer Vicki Moore resigned effective Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Moore tendered her resignation to County Manager, Larry Werner.

“This was a difficult departure, and we wish her the best in her future career endeavors,” said Larry Werner.

Moore was promoted by Douglas County on April 24, 2017. The Chief Financial Officer oversees the Finance Department, which is responsible for the administration of financial affairs for the county. Douglas County is currently working through the Fiscal Year Budget for 2018-2019, according to a news release.
