Carson City’s Citizen Self Service (CSS) — the online portal that allows customers to manage their water account, view their account billing and summary, and submit a payment by credit card, debit card, or e-check — is experiencing an outage and is unable to process any payments online. Until the outage is resolved, these are the alternative methods to make a payment for your water/sewer bill:

  • In-person:
    • Carson City Treasurer’s Office 201 N. Carson Street, Carson City, Nevada.
      • Credit card
      • Debit card
      • Cash
      • Check

Carson City apologizes for the inconvenience to customers who rely on the CSS portal to make their monthly Carson City water payment, and hopes the alternative payment methods provided will meet their needs until the outage is resolved.
