Carson City Supervisor, Ward I Karen Abowd hosts her monthly walkabout Friday, Feb. 12 at Mills Park.
With so many changes taking place in Carson City, and the many opportunities and challenges that come with that, means the public’s input is needed more than ever, Abowd said.
“Everyone having a say, sharing their ideas makes our governence more effective in crafting longterm beneficial outcomes for the community,” she said. “The weather this week is going to be lovely and I look forward to hearing from everyone.”
To join in, simply meet on the steps of Carson City Community Center at noon, and take a sack lunch, if you’d like.
