For the first time in Northern Nevada, a new car interior or sofa, wedding dress or draperies, or oriental rug can have effective, permanent fabric protection from spills, sun-fade and wear. “MicroSeal is an entirely different kind of fabric protection product. It is not a “coating” but a “penetrating” fiber protection system,” said Stephen Jaenchen, owner of MicroSeal of Carson Tahoe and Summit Cleaning Services. He continued, “As a result of its unique formulation, MicroSeal not only withstands multiple cleanings but it actually increases a fabric or fiber’s abrasion resistance by up to 60%, which is also one reason MicroSeal is used exclusively on Gulfstream and Learjet aircraft.”
MicroSeal also provides nearly 100% sun fade protection on most fabrics, carpeting and rugs, and can be used on any porous material, including silk, wool, cotton, rayon and leather, without changing the look or feel of the material. From a safety standpoint, laboratory tests have also shown MicroSeal to significantly reduce flame and smoke spread. Finally, MicroSeal contains no Fluorochemicals and is rated by the EPA as non-allergenic, releasing 0 VOCs when dry.
