A vehicle that failed to yield to Nevada Highway Patrol troopers Friday night north of Carson City led to a pursuit along I-580 through Washoe Valley and ended with one person in custody in the 400 block of Puma Drive in New Washoe City.
Carson City Sheriff’s Office was on standby during the NHP-led pursuit as it left northbound along I-580 just outside the Carson City limits and proceeded through Washoe Valley. NHP asked for assistance after the suspect was in custody. The incident began sometime after 6 p.m. and ended around 6:45 p.m.
