UPDATE: Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies were called late Monday afternoon to a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian in the area of Rand and Long streets.
The crash was reported at 4:51 p.m. Dispatch advised of reports that an adult male pedestrian who was possibly struck by a vehicle. Carson City Fire Department have taken the man to the hospital.
Motorists can expect delays. The cause is under investigation.
