The trip started out a little precarious. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to a steady 25 to 50 mph wind. Which kept us off the lake until Sunday.

Hundreds return to work at Carson City's Casino Fandango

Nevada's economy was one of the most affected in the country during the COVID-19 pandemic; the initial reopening of Casino Fandango means that over 350 team members are able to go back to work and provide for their families.

He will instead address Nevadans in a videotaped message. In a news release from the Governor's Office it noted that late last week Gov. Sisolak had visited a work place where an employee — who was not in the building at the time — has since reported testing positive for COVID-19. The Governor’s Office learned of the positive test result on Tuesday.

But on May 22 the Mono County Board of Supervisors wrote a letter to the CDFW director Charles H Bonham, requesting the reopening of fishing season earlier then their previous request. As of May 23rd, Mono County is now open for the 2020 fishing season, right along Alpine County that opened on May 15th.
For those that will be getting out, Alpine County is open for fishing throughout the county.
