Pedestrian suffers minor injuries after accident with vehicle at Fairview and Bobwhite

A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle this afternoon in the area of Fairview and Bobwhite, according to Carson City dispatch. The accident happened at around 4:15 p.m.
Arriving Carson City firefighters said the pedestrian was up and walking around and sustained minor injuries to their leg.

Carson City emergency crews called to crash involving pedestrian on Fairview Drive

Carson City Fire Department and sheriff's deputies were called late this morning to a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian in the 1600 block of Fairview.
According to dispatch who were taking the 911 call, an elderly man was in his vehicle in a parking lot and accidentally struck his wife who was standing outside the vehicle.
