Carson Mayor to speak at Democratic luncheon

April 22, 2024 - 1:00pm The featured speaker at Monday's Democratic luncheon will be Carson City Mayor Lori Bagwell. Lori began her service on the Board of Supervisors in January, 2015, representing Ward 3, and was elected mayor in 2020. She is currently running for reelection against four other candidates in the June 11 primary. The top two will go on to the November 5th general election.

November 20, 2023 - 1:00pm The featured speaker at Monday's Democratic luncheon will be Carson City Mayor Lori Bagwell. Lori began her service on the Board of Supervisors in January, 2015, representing Ward 3, and was elected mayor in 2020. She is known for her budget expertise, attention to detail on contracts, her compassion for those in need, and most of all her ability to work with others for the mutual benefit of the community.

September 26, 2022 - 1:00pm The featured speaker at Monday's Democratic luncheon will be former Carson City Fire Chief Stacey Giomi, currently a member of the Board of Supervisors representing Ward 1. He assumed office on January 7, 2019 and is running for reelection.
Giomi serves as the Board of Supervisor's representative on the Carson City Cultural and Tourism Authority, the Carson Water Sub-Conservancy District, and the Western Nevada Legislative Coalition. He is also Carson City’s representative to the Nevada Association of Counties.

February 14, 2022 - 1:00pm Featured speaker at Monday's Democratic luncheon will be former Carson City Fire Chief Stacey Giomi, currently a member of the Board of Supervisors representing Ward 1. He assumed office on January 7, 2019 and has announced his intention to run for reelection later this year.
Giomi serves as the Board of Supervisor's representative on the Carson City Cultural and Tourism Authority, the Carson Water Sub-Conservancy District, and the Western Nevada Legislative Coalition. He is also Carson City’s representative to the Nevada Association of Counties.
