Simon Youth Foundation Seeks Local Applicants for Scholarship Program
Submitted by Carson Now Reader on Mon, 01/30/2017 - 12:36pmEach year, Simon Youth Foundation awards Simon Youth Community Scholarships to high school seniors in every community across the country that is home to Simon, Mills, or Premium Outlets malls. The application period has begun and ends on March 1, 2017.
Students can apply online by visiting syf.org/scholarships.

Charles Sehe, now 92, was a teenaged sailor on the USS Nevada when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor during World War II.

Bill Heitman and Ila Acchtabowski from Junior Achievement have been instrumental in making this happen.The course will be taught by professionals from Sierra Financial Advisors Sally Kaplan and Katie Coombs. Junior Achievement is a non-profit youth organization founded in 1919 by Horace A. Moses, Theodore Vail, and Winthrop M. Crane.
Fund established for Carson grad, WNC student whose father died in motorcycle crash
