Nevada gaming revenue climbs back 110.5 percent in June, a full year after casinos reopen
Casinos in Carson City, Minden, Gardnerville and all other areas except the Stateline, Lake Tahoe area had recorded gaming revenue of $11,055,962 for the month, compared to $9,234,538 in June 2020.
Gaming revenue at South Shore Tahoe increased by 138.40 percent in June of this year compared to June 2020. Casino generated revenue for the month was $31,184,251.
Statewide, Nevada’s nonrestricted gaming licensees reported a total “gaming win” of $1,193,426,299 for the month of June 2021.
This amounts to a 110.51 percent increase compared to June 2020, when licensees reported a gaming win of $566,934,627. For the fiscal year (July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021), gaming win has increased 14.31 percent.
