Dr. Robert Wahldinger and his team from Harvard University have been involved with the longest running Happiness Study, and their research has found the #1 determinant of happiness as we age is the quality of our relationships with others. Connections brings people together for the goal of helping them build, nurture and maintain positive and meaningful relationships through guided story-sharing.
At Connections, we go beyond the small talk of our daily lives and explore meaningful topics (excluding religion and politics), and our participants leave feeling inspired, uplifted and happy.
Our next BAC gathering is at the BAC on March 21, at 5 p.m. Come join us for complimentary refreshments, inspiration, connection and a lot of fun! The shortest distance between two people is a story, and everyone has one to share. We want to hear them!
