Carson City's Ron Wood Center receives $200K in Bombas socks for families, nonprofits in need
Ron Wood Family Resource Center in Carson City received $200,000 worth of Bombas socks to share with families in need and our non-profit partners.
The Ron Wood center has worked with Bombas for 4 years to offer these socks to individuals and non-profit organizations.
Bombas was founded as a platform for donating a pair of socks for every pair purchased or socks to organizations that meet the needs of individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness. In addition to serving a material need, these items also often help to build trust and a connection to other needed services.
Ron Wood is delighted to offer these socks to our partners and families in-need.
Please stop by Ron Wood Center, 2621 Northgate Ln, Carson City, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday or send an email to info@carson-family.org if you would like some of these wonderful socks for your families.
