Local realtor organizations combine to serve growing Northern Nevada housing market

The Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors and Sierra Nevada Realtors are joining forces and will now operate as a single organization, representing six northern Nevada counties. The new organization, the Sierra Nevada Realtors, will support 3,700 member-realtors with streamlined services and provide home buyers and sellers with a single place to understand how to best utilize a realtor as they navigate the rapidly evolving housing market.

Nevada Appeal building sells for $11.3 million, to be used by Dayton aerospace company

According to Dickson Commercial Group (DCG), Sierra Nevada Media Group has sold the 90,056-square-foot industrial building located at 580 Mallory Way in Carson City for $11.3 million.

The property has been home to the Nevada Appeal since 2002.

Greater Nevada Mortgage Provides Down Payment Assistance for Eligible First-Time Homebuyers

Greater Nevada Mortgage (GNM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Greater Nevada Credit Union (GNCU), is one of a select number of mortgage lenders participating in the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco’s Workforce Initiative Subsidy for Homeownership (WISH) program.
