Carson City area weather: Clouds, sunshine and potential for wetter systems on the horizon

The weather pattern is looking more active next week with increased chances for wetter storm systems.

Greater Nevada contributes $10K to Tahoe Prosperity Center’s ‘Tahoe Together Caldor Fire Relief’ fund

The funds will be distributed to food and beverage employees in the Tahoe region recently impacted by the fire.
NHP Northern Command West receives grant to participate in regional school safety program

This grant supports the Washoe County School District and its public safety program during the 2021-2022 school year.
Carson City student art exhibits, plus the 15 annual Dia De Los Muertos event

As part of the event and celebration, Art students form Carson High School, Pioneer Academy and parents from Empire Elementary School will exhibit Dia De Los Muertos altars.
