Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of Sept. 11-17, 2023. Closures are expected at the following locations due to road and utility work:
— California Street between Colorado Street and Industrial Park Drive will be closed, Monday, 7 a.m., to 5:30pm for roadway reconstruction.
— Butti Way between Airport Road and Fairview Drive will be closed, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m., to 5:30 p.m. for utility improvements.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
— The City’s annual long-line and short-line striping projects are continuing. These projects will affect roads City-wide. Overnight lane closures should be expected. Please use caution, follow traffic control requirements, and don’t drive in wet paint.
— Minnesota Street between Musser Street and 3rd Street will have narrowed lanes, Tuesday through Thursday, 7 a.m., am to 5 p.m. for sewer lateral replacement.
— Colorado Street between Carson Street and Saliman Road will periodically have reduced and narrowed lane, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m., to 5:30pm for roadway reconstruction. New pavement is coming soon;
— Carson Street between Nye Lane and John Street will have reduced lanes with flaggers, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for road work.
— Goni Road between Old Hot Springs Road and Arrowhead Drive will have narrowed lanes, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m., to 4 p.m. for utility improvements.
— Medical Parkway between Carson Street and Medical Parkway Loop will have reduced lanes with flaggers, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m., to 5 p.m., for road work.
— Presti Lane between Eagle Valley Ranch Road and Medical Parkway Loop will have reduced lanes with flaggers, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m., to 5 p.m. for road work.
— Silver Oak Drive between Medical Parkway and Carson Street will have narrowed lanes with flaggers, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m., to 5:30 p.m. for roadway improvements.
— Vista Lane between Medical Parkway and Silver Oak Drive will have narrowed lanes with flaggers, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway improvements.
— Eagle Station between Carson Street and Silver Sage Drive will have narrowed lanes with flaggers, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for roadway improvements.
— Silver Sage Drive between Clearview Drive and Koontz Lane will have narrowed lanes with flaggers, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., for roadway improvements.
