Every construction project in the community, from the construction of a new hotel to a kitchen remodel, is reviewed by a team in the Carson City Community and Economic Development Department before the commencement of work. The public sector team works in partnership with the private sector in reviewing the plans and inspecting the work.
Come learn about the various roles in the Community and Economic Development Department, including the responsibilities of and the skills and credentials required for each position.
Carson City’s Director of Community and Economic Development, Building Official, Community Development Manager and Planning Manager will be presenting.
