MINDEN — From August 31 to Sept. 11 the Douglas County Shooting Range will be closed for maintenance and safety enhancements.
The closure is planned for two weeks in order to construct additional baffles to protect surrounding neighborhoods from errant projectiles leaving the range, according to a news release from community services and parks and recreation.
The Douglas County Community Services Department wishes to thank those in advance for their patients and consideration during this temporary closure.
