UPDATE: Carson City Fire Department and sheriff’s deputies responded Sunday evening to an accident involving three vehicles in the area of College Parkway and the ramp near northbound I-580.
Reported at 6:48 p.m., Carson City Fire Department first responders advise of moderate damage to the vehicles with one person who is reportedly having to be extricated from one of the vehicles.
The occupants of the other vehicles involved appear to be outside the vehicles and speaking with deputies. Two people were being taken to the hospital by ambulance.
Carson City Sheriffs Office deputies are doing traffic control. Motorists can expect delays.
