CARSON CITY, Nev. — A district judge has allowed a lawsuit against the state of Nevada over damage from 2016’s Little Valley Fire to move forward. Judge Scott Freeman denied the state’s partial motion to dismiss, saying in his ruling that the plaintiffs have met the standard to proceed.
