With “geometric patterns” as the theme, local photographers came up with their best examples for this month’s Carson City Photo Club competition. Display of contest winners and other submissions are located at the Nevada State Museum.
The winners are:

Second Place: “Floating Rubiks Cube” Anke Simpson
Second Place: “Where it Stops Nobody Knows” John Lagios
Third Place: “Piano” Shellie McMasters
Winner’s Choice: “Tour Eiffel” Monique Giron
The Carson City Photo Club meets at 6 p.m. on the first Tuesday of every month, except December, at the Carson City Sheriff’s Office, 911 East Musser Street in the Ormsby Room. Attendees should use the west entrance.
The theme for March is “Murals.” All levels of photographers are welcome.
