Here is the Carson City area road report for the week of Jan. 6-12, 2025. Closures and lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
— 2nd Street between Carson Street and Curry Street will be closed to westbound traffic from April 8, 2024, to June 30, 2025, for construction.
— Commerce Way between Executive Pointe Way and Lompa Lane will be closed to traffic from 12 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
— Curry Street between King Street and 2nd Street will be closed to traffic on Monday and on Wednesday, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
— GS Richards Blvd will be closed to northbound traffic at the intersection with College Parkway Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
— Ash Canyon Road will be reduced to a single lane with flaggers between Winnie Lane and Ormsby Blvd on Monday and Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
— College Pkwy will have a single lane closure for westbound traffic near the intersection Lompa Lane and College Parkway, Monday to Friday.
— Fairview Lane between Carson Street and Kansas Street will have reduced eastbound lanes from Dec. 9, 2024, to Jan. 30, 2025, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
— Lompa Lane will have traffic shifts between College Pkwy and Bryan Circle Monday to Friday, 12:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
— Old Clear Creek Road will have reduced lanes in the westbound direction Monday to Friday, 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
